The 2-stroke olive harvester with Kawasaki TJ 45 E engine comes complete with the brush cutter pole and the olive shaker pole. This 2-stroke olive harvester with hook is suitable for any kind of tree (better performance on olives easy to detach). Its 180 cm extension pole allows you to work up to 4 meters in height without using ladders (it can also be used to collect other hanging fruit such as walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, apricots).

This olive harvester with hook is suitable for any kind of tree (better performance on olives easy to detach). * in case of very small-sized olives which are extremely hard to detach we do not recommend this product, a machine with a more aggressive action would be more suitable, such as harvesters with long carbon prongs
This 2-stroke olive harvester with 180 cm pole is suitable for trees up to a maximum of 4 meters in height. If you have olive trees under 4 m height we recommend this size, certainly lighter and more versatile than the higher 280 cm model (which you can find on our website). If, on the other hand, your olive trees are higher than 4 m (up to a maximum of 5 meters), then we recommend the hook olive shaker with 280 cm long pole.
Therefore, it allows you to work up to 4 m in height without using ladders (it can also be used to collect other hanging fruit such as walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, apricots). It guarantees harvesting over 100 Kg of olives in one day: one Operator can complete the work of 10 people. Harvest capacity equal to 98/100% (on olives easy to detach)

Kawasaki Engine

Kawasaki TJ 45 E is a 45.4 cc, 2-stroke, air-cooled and horizontal axis engine. This type of engine is particularly renowned for its excellent power to weight ratio, which makes it particularly suitable for heavy-duty and demanding work sessions.

Equipped with a single cylinder, it develops a max. power of 1.90 CV at 7500 rpm, and a torque of 2.18 Nm at 5000 revolutions per minute.

It has a centrifugal clutch and a diaphragm carburetor, and it is very easy to operate thanks to the recoil start system with self-recovery, the cold-start pump and the air choke system.

It is also equipped with a lightened piston, dynamically balanced flywheel and a patented Kawasaki layered exhaust system.

The weight and the size of the engine are highly reduced, only 3.9 kg dry per 19x26x26 cm.

Equipped with 0.9 L tank, Kawasaki TJ 45 E engine runs on mixture.

Blue Bird Industries Transmission Shaft and Flexible Connection Tube

The Blue Bird Industries transmission of backpack brush cutters consists of 2 different components:

1- 27 mm diameter aluminium shaft which contains an 8 mm inner shaft made of high-strength steel.

2- Flexible connection tube between the engine and the transmission shaft, which contains a highly-resistant flexible steel cord.

The transmission is equipped with a set of 6 professional self-lubricating bushings to ensure a long service life even under heavy and professional use.

The materials used for the shaft, inner shaft and flexible fitting are of the highest quality and made in Italy.

Focus on the quick release device between the flexible fitting and the pole. It can be easily disassembled in 2 parts for transport and storage.

When subjected to normal working stresses, these units deteriorate very quickly due to the low quality, low hardness and low thickness of the material used. Blue Bird Industries Bevel Gear

The Blue Bird Industries bevel gear is entirely made of light alloy and inside it features 4self-lubricating bearings, 2 for the pinion and 2 for the crown. It is the biggest bevel gear of this category, which is also evident from its massive and voluminous size.

The crown and pinion are made of high-strength steel of the highest quality, extremely suitable for withstanding mechanical strain.

Furthermore, the crown and pinion are entirely designed and moulded in Italy.
