Premium Line Z15A - Electric Grape Destemmer with Stainless Steel Pump and Grate and Two Rubber Rollers

The Z15A (2.0 Hp) semi-centrifugal grape destemmer is built in food-grade enamelled steel and features a stainless steel grate and pump suitable for food contact.
The hinges for opening and the removable grate make it extremely easy to use and to clean.

It features an innovative detachable frame that can be opened: a modern technology for a perfect and quick internal maintenance.

The output capacity is approx. 1500 Kg/h.

All the semi-centrifugal grape destemmers available in our catalogue feature:

84 x 58 loading hopper

It is certainly the largest loading hopper in its category; indeed, all the grape destemmers of the same range feature a hopper width of only 50 cm

The large dimensions of the loading hopper (58 cm) make the grape destemmer very easy to use, facilitating the dropping of the crates of grapes inside the machine.

Focus on the inner auger screw for dragging the grapes to be crushed.

The Z20A grape destemmer is one of the few machines equipped with two counter-rotating rollers . They carry out a “first pressing” of the grapes by slightly crushing them and allowing the extraction of the first pomace.

The great innovation that makes this semi-centrifugal destemmer stand out from other models is brought by the rollers which are made of solid food-grade rubber, and not of plastic or aluminium like other machines on the market. The rigidity of plastic or aluminium rollers tends to crush the grapes more, with the risk of higher final acidity of the wine.

Powerful 2 Hp electric induction motor, which enables all the various mechanical components to be operated with a grater power range than the machine actually draws in all its functions.

Equipped with a red STOP emergency button, compliant with CE safety regulations.

Motor adjustment by means of a rotating bracket mounted on pin and adjustment screw: it allows automatic and quick adjustment of the side transmission belt, should it tend to stretch a little over the years.

The rotary motion is transmitted from the motor to:

- the upper auger
- the upper rubber rollers
- the intermediate rotor
- the lower auger screw that drags the grapes all the way up to the pump
- the pump

Side transmission protective case guard also built in enamelled steel (all the grape crushers - destemmers on the market mount plastic case guards, which are very prone to breakage, given the weight and type of use of the machine.)

The belt drive acts as a clutch, in the event of a jam in the machine itself, and transmits motion to the pump.

All gears are made of metal. Most grape destemmers on the market are generally equipped with plastic gears. This model mounts high-density nylon gears only for the transmission of the motion to the rubber rollers.

Unlike the vast majority of models on the market, this grape destemmer is equipped with a detachable frame that can be quickly opened by means of two hinges.

Advantages:
- it can be immediately inspected during use (in case of clogs, to remove debris, etc...)
- higher level of hygiene, allowing thorough cleaning and washing of the machine before and after destemming.

Focus on the clamping knob to open the loading hopper fixed on sturdy fork joints welded to the machine’s frame

The grate can be removed with extreme ease for cleaning operations, thanks to the guides that also act as protection for the grate itself.

Focus on the rotor with paddles in enamelled steel that carries out the destemming process (by pressing the grapes on the grate).

Upper stainless steel grate fixing cover. The cover features two lower guides to which the grate is fixed and on which it slides when it is removed. This grate cover, in addition to serve as a sturdy support for the grate, it closes the grate at the top so that all the bunches of grapes fed through the loading hopper remain well grouped inside the crusher, and are then pushed towards the grate by the rotating rotor with paddles to be perfectly processed.

Top quality, large-sized pump made of STAINLESS STEEL. This machine is intended for pumping all the grapes and the pomace towards the container.

Focus on the auger screw (located on the bottom of the machine under the stainless steel grate). It drags all the final product to the pump, which then transfers it to the containers.
