The Wortex T200 H is a lightweight petrol garden shredder equipped with the 6.5 Hp Honda GX 200 engine.

The wood chipper shreds brushwood and twigs making them suitable for composting. Shredding operations also allow reducing the material decomposing time.

The large steel hopper can process even very bulky branches and leaves without having to pre-shred them. Thus, it also features a higher capacity that allows entering a large amount of material at a time.

Maximum cutting diameter: 70 mm

Unified hopper

The machine is able to process even very bulky branches and leaves, without having to pre-shred them.

UNIFIED HOPPER:

It considerably simplifies and speeds up the operations.
It eliminates the constant operation of dividing the material (before shredding) between the large, woody sections and the smaller, green sections, each of them must be placed in their own hopper (an operation required by all standard shredders equipped with 2 hoppers).

WARNING: the branches must not be too bulky because this may limit the functionality of the machine.

Shredding chamber and other features

The outer shredding chamber is essential and proportionate in size to the rotor it includes. It guarantees excellent productivity, as well as the durability of the system. The machine structure is 100% made of steel. No plastic has been used.

The central rotor is composed of 2 steel flywheels firmly assembled together.

The dual blade system also includes a counter-blade in the shredding chamber, which is tilted with respect to the frame and rotor rotation direction for increasing the wood chipper shredding capacity and performance.

Equipped with 2 large blades. They pre-shred the wood into the hopper reducing it in coarse wood chips.

Equipped with 8 hardened steel blades (or hammers) rotating at high speed. Thanks to their centrifugal motion they shred the branches in small wood chips.

The rotor can be checked in case of clogging or cleaning the machine; just unscrew 2 bolts to open the hopper connected to the rotor.

The garden shredder is equipped with two 10” pneumatic wheels and an anti-vibration rubber-coated front support.

The discharge chute deflector can be manually adjusted.

INTERMEDIATE REINFORCED BELT DRIVE.

This transmission gives the machine an extraordinary sturdiness, protecting both the motor and the internal shredding rotor from any kind of internal shock or kickback.

In case of a rotor clogging caused, for example, by a too large branch, stones, etc.. there is no risk of breaking the drive shaft and the motor, but the intermediate belt will slip or at least will brake down.

Much longer service life than the standard systems still used by all manufacturers on their petrol-powered models where the engine is directly connected to the shredding unit.

Focus on the air filter.

The engine is PROVIDED WITHOUT OIL. Please carefully read the instructions manual before starting the unit.
