The Olytech Super Power 555L olive harvester is renowned as the Volpi newest product of the season. It is a high-performance, high-powered olive harvester, which, combined with the telescopic pole provided, ensures a large harvesting capacity.

Olytech Super Power olive shaker is suitable for all harvesting needs, resulting in a versatile and effective olive harvester in any situation.

It has 4+4 carbon fiber prongs 32 cm that are easy to replace.

Patented OSCILLATORY MOTION:

Olytech's two arms perform a high amplitude reciprocating motion, resulting in the oscillation of 8 carbon fibre prongs for improved productivity.
The Super Power version allows, thanks to its microprocessor-controlled electronic power supply, a double speed to meet the demands of professional use.

Volpi's newest harvester has the great innovation of dual speed, useful for greater efficiency and productivity.

The olive harvester will be powered by the practical 44 V, 17.5Ah backpack battery kit.

Head and mechanics of the prong motion

The Volpi Olytech olive harvester consists of 4+4 carbon prongs on the head that are easy to replace.

The arms therefore carry a total of 8 carbon fiber rods with easy replacement, the entire propulsion and transmission unit is hermetically sealed, without any possibility of penetration of external agents inside. This ensures continuity of operation and an almost non-existent maintenance. The prongs are more than 32 cm to allow you to enter deep into the plant.

The angle of inclination of the head is optimal for easy harvesting action.

Olytech Super Power runs on a 48 V DC electric motor, with microprocessor-controlled electronic power supply.

The olive harvester will be powered by the practical 44 V, 17.5Ah backpack battery kit.

Thanks to the microprocessor-based electronic control, the olive shaker always works at 100% regardless of the battery charge status, without loss of harvesting efficiency: all the high power of the shaker is always available.

Additionally, this harvester is equipped with a 2-speed selectable regulator on the power supply, which further minimises battery consumption.

A comfortable case containing the 20 m power cable with convenient pliers and connectors is provided for easy power.

Backpack battery for Super Power Volpi

The backpack battery allows the Volpi Super Power harvester / shaker to be powered alternatively to 12V lead.

It is a compact yet lightweight product, only 6 kg.

The average battery life is 6/7 hours, depending on how it is used. It has a voltage of 44V and 17.5Ah.

Inside is a 44 V to 48 V converter. Through the converter it is also possible to select two speeds and display various indicators and alarms.

These batteries have no memory effect and they can be recharged even if not fully discharged, always maintaining maximum efficiency. No overheating issues, ensuring maximum safety and longer life than standard Lithium batteries.

The li-Ion battery is equipped with a battery holder that is light and strong and ensures maximum freedom of movement during harvesting operations. The weight of the batteries and of the backpack, for a total of about 6 Kg, is distributed in such a way that the operator does not feel any fatigue.
