Volpi Olytech Mondial 755XL Battery-operated olive Harvester

The Giulivo Olytech Mondial 845XL is the newest model of the season by Volpi. This powerful, high-performance olive harvester guarantees a high collection capability using a light, reliable and also very handy engine.

The Olytech Mondial olive harvester is suitable for all harvest requirements, proving to be extremely versatile and effective in every situation.

Equipped with ergonomic handlegrip with switch, tilted head and quick antirotating locking system.

The switch features 2 buttons to adjust the machine speed (speed control).

It is fitted with 4+4 32cm-long carbon fibre prongs which are easily replaceable.

WIDE PATENTED SWINGING MOTION:

The two arms of the Olytech harvester perform an alternative wide-range motion, with the subsequent swinging of the 8 carbon fibre prongs for a better performance.

The engine in the head of the machine is isolated as to guarantee a long lifetime. It is powered by 12V battery with an engine effort control system. Thanks to Volpi technology, this machine provides high performances even with low electric consumption.

A 12V-44V converter is also present, which amplifies battery power (car-type 12V) to 44V in order to supply the powerful engine placed on the head of the harvester.

The 44V brushless motor is driven by helical gears from mechanical machining.

This version is very easy and comfortable to use with just 2 kg, thanks to its aluminium telescopic pole.

The total length of the harvester is 244 cm.

Head and prong motion

Volpi Olytech Olive Harvester is equipped with 4+4 prongs made of carbon, easily replaceable placed on the machine head.

The two supports consist of 8 prongs made of carbon fibers that can be easily replaced, while both the control unit and the trasmission are hermetically sealed to protect the machine from any possible external agents. This important feature ensures continuous work to the machine with very low maintenance requirements. The 32-cm long prongs allow the harvester to deeply penetrate the tree crown.

The tilted angle of the head ensures an easy harvesting on olive trees.

Energy-saving brushless electric motor

The innovative brushless engine, powered by 44V direct current, expresses 350W power.

Thanks to the handy selector, it is possible to choose from two different comb speeds: 950 bpm or 1100 bpm.

The engine is powered by a 12V cc battery. In order to ease the power supplying, a 12V-44V converter and a 15-meter long cable equipped with pincers and connectors are included with the machine.

Telescopic pole

The olive harvester pole is extremely light, only 2 kg, with a length of 244 cm that allows to reach even the most difficult points and yet be very handy and manageable.
