The Olytech Essential 455XL is renowned as the Volpi newest innovation of the season. It is a high-performance olive harvester designed for those who want to achieve efficient harvests with excellent yields in their olive groves, using a lightweight, reliable and also very practical harvester.

Olytech Essential olive shaker is suitable for all harvesting needs, resulting in a versatile and effective olive harvester in any situation.

Equipped with an ergonomic handle provided with switch, this brand-new olive harvester has an angled head and a quick anti-rotation locking system.

It has 4+4 carbon fibre prongs 32 cm that are easy to replace.

Patented OSCILLATORY MOTION:

Olytech's two arms perform a high amplitude reciprocating motion, resulting in the oscillation of 8 carbon fibre prongs for improved productivity.

The motor enclosed in the head of the harvester is effectively insulated from the outside to ensure high longevity. It is powered by a 12 V battery (not included) with a motor effort control system. Thanks to Volpi's technology, low power consumption is combined with high performance.

The 12 V motor is driven by helical gears from machining.

This version is very simple and convenient to use, and it only weighs 2.5 kg thanks to the telescopic aluminium pole.

Head and Mechanics of the Prong Motion

The Volpi Olytech olive harvester consists of 4+4 carbon prongs on the head that are easy to replace.

The rakes can carry a total of 8 carbon fibre prongs for easy replacement, the entire propulsion and transmission unit is hermetically sealed, without any possibility of penetration of external agents inside. This ensures continuity of operation and an almost non-existent maintenance. The prongs are more than 32 cm to allow you to enter deep into the plant.

The angle of inclination of the head is optimal for easy harvesting action.

The innovative engine inside, powered by 12 V direct current, expresses a power output of 50 W with maximum power peaks of 500 W.

The machine is powered by a 12 V battery, to which the olive harvester must be connected. The olive harvester comes complete with 10 m power cable, equipped with pliers and connectors provided on standard kit.

Telescopic pole

The pole is adjustable in any position between the length of 240 and 360 cm (reference to the total length of the harvester)

Thanks to the quick coupling, it will be possible to stretch the harvester pole quickly and at the desired length.
