The AgriEuro Turbo 11-S electric leaf remover is a machine designed to clean olives before the crushing stage.

This model uses an electric motor that generates forced ventilation combined with vibration, which facilitates the movement of the olives on the work surface. Thanks to this dual action, the device removes leaves, twigs and impurities from the olives, resulting in a cleaner raw material that is suitable for the production of high-quality extra virgin olive oil.

The structure of the AgriEuro Turbo 11-S olive leaf remover is made of galvanised metal, with a functional and sturdy design. Its compact size allows it to be used even in small spaces.

The machine is equipped with a first-stage grid that retains the largest residues, preventing them from compromising the subsequent extraction process. Two other protective grids safeguard the fan and air conveyor, improving safety during use.

The two front handles and rear wheels make transport easy, allowing the leaf remover to be moved easily within the working area.

The 0.35 kW electric motor, powered by 220 V - 50 Hz, ensures operation at an adjustable speed starting from a minimum of 2600 rpm.

The operation of the leaf remover, as simple as it is effective, uses the ventilation produced by the electric motor to quickly clean the olive harvest of any type of superfluous material such as leaves and other impurities.

At the heart of the system is a blade fan connected to an eccentric: this element generates a slight mechanical vibration that keeps the olives in constant motion on the separation grid. Thanks to this oscillatory motion, the olives never accumulate in one place, but are moved and distributed evenly.

At the same time, the fan produces a powerful air flow that blows away lighter materials such as leaves and small residues, leaving the olives perfectly clean.

The bulkhead located directly on the hopper allows the flow of product to be controlled by adjusting its opening.

One way to adjust the cleaning efficiency is to manage the angle of the front support using the wing screws on the sides.

The product to be cleaned is placed in the large 64 x 60 cm tank.

The cleaned product will fall directly under the lower part of the front support.

The vibrating grid keeps the crop in constant motion, generating a shaking action that helps detach leaves and small twigs. This prevents accumulation and ensures a regular flow of product along the work surface.

The frame containing the grid lifts to a vertical position. In this position, any residue remaining after filtering the olives can be dropped. It is then returned to a horizontal position for work.

The grid, which is locked between two guides, can be removed from its housing with a simple movement for more thorough cleaning.
