Airmec PTO driven air compressors with maxi-tank stand out from other standard models for the presence of the large tank which offers a very high working autonomy. In fact, this tank, once filled, enable the operator to work with the tractor’s engine switched off, resulting in significant savings in fuel consumption and - last but not least - tractor wear.
The models in the catalogue have 4 different capacities, to be chosen according to the type and number of accessories that the compressor will power.
A good autonomy of the maxi-tank provides numerous advantages, especially during pruning operations with pneumatic pruning shears, as it is possible to work for several hours with the engine switched off. In fact, given the high air consumption, olive harvesters and chainsaws tend to drain the tank faster, reducing the benefits of accumulating a maxi-reserve.
The PTO driven air compressors included in this section are the only ones on the market equipped with a double outlet system, each of which has its own pressure regulator, a lubricator, a condensate filter and 5 quick outlet fittings.
