The TIG SILTIG 415 welding machine is provided with inverter technology and it represents the ideal TIG welding tool designed for hobby use.
This inverter welder is intended for those operators who need TIG welding process for precise and accurate welds. It allows to weld many metals like: stainless steel, copper, nickel, etc. (from 0.5 mm thickness).
The TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) works with the heat created by the welding arc between the welding piece and a tungsten non-consumable electrode provided with Argon gas protection.
With 230 Volt power supply, this inverter welder allows continuous welding jobs in short times.
The machine can use TIG LIFT process that allows precise and accurate welds and it avoids tungsten electrode striking to the supporting material.
It also allows standard MMA welding with rutile or basic electrode.

HOT START: increasing the welding current value compared to the value chosen during arc starting. It facilitates the electrode striking avoiding metallurgical defects in the welding joint during the start and it avoids electrode sticking. ystem that represents an additional power boost (booster). It allows an easier arc engagement in case of electrodes that are difficult to engage.
ANTI-STICKING device: it checks and reduces the welding current, lowering the values and preventing electrode sticking to the welded piece.
ARC FORCE: it manages the transfer of drops from the electrode to the welded piece. It helps avoiding the arc stop end ensures the stability of the welding arc andit allows improving the welding Ampere.
Thermostatical and overvoltage protection (it stops the machine if excessive temperatures are reached).
The unit is able to withstand 15% voltage fluctuations if connected to a power generator.
The welding equipment is easy to carry thanks to the carrying case and to the 3.6 Kg reduced weight.
