The Telwin Infinity TIG 225 DC-HF/LIFT VRD inverter welder is the new TIG inverter welder with high frequency HF or LIFT ignition, allowing for pulsed welding (PULSE). Additionally, this model can be transformed into an MMA electrode welder for all types of requirements.
This welder is part of the Elements line, a new range of products created by Telwin for DIY experts, the most demanding hobbyists, and professionals looking for simple to use, safe, and quality products. A series of items with the guarantee of the Italian brand Telwin, which for over 50 years has been one of the world leaders in welding, plasma cutting, charging, and starting.
The great performance is highlighted by a maximum power of 200A and a significant duty cycle. It can be used with various materials such as steel, stainless steel, titanium, copper, nickel, and their alloys.
Other important features of this welder include:
- EASY PULSE function is ideal for quick setup or for beginners. In fact, it automatically sets the various current adjustments and pulse times.
- Finder function: a useful support to complete work quickly and accurately. It facilitates arc ignition at very low currents and aids in the subsequent positioning of the torch for greater welding precision.
- VRD device: Voltage Reduction Device, reduces the output voltage when the welder is on but not in use, making the product even safer for the operator.
- MMA adjustments. Hot Start and Arc Force: better arc ignition and weld bead. Anti-Stick: system that eliminates the problem of electrode sticking.
- Easy-to-read LCD panel that allows clear visualization of the TIG welding curve.
The Telwin Infinity TIG 225 guarantees high welding current stability in case of power supply voltage variations.
Equipped with multiple safety systems: thermal protection, overvoltage, under-voltage, overcurrent, generator (+/-15%): All Telwin inverters ensure correct operation for power supply voltage variations up to 15%, it is advisable that generators are adequately stabilized.
MMA electrodes diameter 1.6–4 mm.
Usable electrodes: rutile, basic, stainless steel, cast iron, etc.
