Spice Electronics Black Diavola Pro V 2.0

The Black Spice Diavola Pro V 2.0 electric pizza oven is an advanced and innovative solution for pizza baking at home. Designed to achieve performance similar to that of professional ovens, this model is ideal for culinary enthusiasts who want to achieve excellent results.

The Diavola Pro V 2.0 is equipped with a temperature control thermostat and a built-in thermometer for precise cooking control.
Thanks to the BOOST function, the oven can quickly reach a maximum temperature of 500°C, allowing pizza to be cooked in just a few minutes.
The 2000 W power, divided between a 1400 W upper heating element and a 600 W lower heating element, ensures even heat distribution.

The design includes a three-cap system that optimises thermal insulation, keeping a constant inner temperature and safe-touch outer surfaces at around 60°C. The forced-ventilation cooling system with two 62 mm rear fans keeps the outside of the oven cool.

This oven boasts a SUS 310S stainless steel shell, designed specifically for high temperatures, guaranteeing strength and durability.
The cordierite refractory stone, with a 34 cm diameter and 2 cm thickness, ensures a crispy, well-baked pizza base.
The heating element switch offers three cooking modes: both heating elements on, only upper heating element or only lower heating element, allowing for customised cooking.

The Spice Diavola Pro V 2.0 electric pizza oven is a Made In Italy-designed and patented products, ideal for even pizza baking in just a few minutes.

  1. This oven quickly a temperature of 500° quickly on the baking stone in BOOST mode. The built-in thermometer allows temperature control without opening the oven.
  2. The 3-cap system, with an insulating layer and upper air gap, allows the external temperature to be cooled without affecting the internal temperature.
  3. The cooking chamber is made of 310S stainless steel for maximum resistance to high temperatures and oxidation.
  4. Heating elements can be selected accordingly: Both for even baking, upper heating element for perfectly baked edges, lower heating element for a crispy base.
  5. The distance between the baking stone and the heating element is 7 cm. This ensures perfect baking of the edges without burning.
  6. The internal components, i.e. the moulded heating elements and cooking chamber components, are made of 310S stainless steel. The components outside the cooking chamber are made of stainless steel.
  7. The refractory stone is removable and can be replaced without additional tools.
  8. The cooling system consists of two rear 62-mm fans, which feed channelled cold air between the two upper caps, allowing the outer area of the oven to cool.

The refractory stone is made of high-quality cordierite . Thanks to cordierite, the stone maintains a constant temperature without variations, ensuring superior results compared to other materials. It is resistant to extremely high temperatures, and easy to clean and use.

Five different temperatures can be selected via the thermostat: 190° - 310° - 380° - 450° - 500° (Boost)

The pyrolysis self-cleaning process at 500° removes residues and bad odours from the product once cooking is complete.
