This Seven Italy Audrey wood-fired oven is the intermediate range of indirect cooking outdoor ovens of Italian households, with 4 floors that allow you to cook up to 4 pizzas at once, designed to cook foods such as pizza and bread quickly.

Equipped with a 80x44x40 stainless steel cooking chamber with a high-quality refractory floor.

Ventilated oven with professional thermometer and timer designed to last over time.

The chimney and chimney cap are made of stainless steel and the entire structure is in enameled steel.

New Inner Design and Cooking Methods

The new AgriEuro ovens have abandoned the traditional system (still very popular among all manufacturers) which consists of the combustion chamber being directly connected to the cooking chamber through a gap spacing. The fire was directly in contact with the steel sheet of the cooking chamber. This had two disadvantages:

  • the side walls of the cooking chamber would get too hot, causing foods to cook more and burn in the points that were closest to the wall
  • the steel sheets of the cooking chamber would have a shorter life due to direct contact with fire

New structure: the cooking chamber is separated from the combustion chamber by a space gap. This gap, despite being quite small, avoids direct contact between the two chambers, so that the cooking chambers is not directly touched by the fire and the heat will be lower, thus avoiding the two problems mentioned before.

The combustion chamber is equipped in the upper part with a robust sheet of hardened steel, highly thick and with special ribbings to withstand even very high temperatures.
The wood rack is made with a sturdy sheet as well and equipped with various anti-deformation ribbings. It is also equipped with a lower ash tray.

Cooking Chamber with Refractory Floor and Ventilation

This oven uses a traditional but still very efficient ventilation system which distributes the heat well throughout the chamber.

There is also the hot air vent, which gives extra crispiness to the food.

The chamber features four floors to always choose the right height.

Focus on the refractory slab at the base of the oven used directly for on-brick cooking of pizza, bread, pies, etc...

Doors and finishes

Upper enameled steel door, equipped with a large high-visibility glass and sturdy ceramic fibre gasket in order to obtain an almost hermetic sealing of the door.

Combustion door with holes to regulate the amount of incoming air.

Steel handles with knob, covered in black rubber and sturdy hinges to resist over time.

Large wheels and removable handles for transport (it can be easily moved by one person)

Cart with internal food warmer 72x95x54, useful to keep food warm once it has come out of the oven, or even to use as a storage compartment.

The oven comes separated from the lower cart. The chimney and chimney cap are also disassembled.

The roof and the chimney can be easily mounted with a screwdriver.

The oven should be placed above the cart and it is equipped with gaps to insert joists to hoist it.
