Food RF-PB 3570 Wood Pellet Grill

The Royal Food RF-PB 3570 wood pellet grill stands out for its exceptional constructive quality, as it is entirely built in thick enamelled steel, with a weight of approximately 70 Kg.

The ideal high-quality product choice for outdoor cooking enthusiasts to experience as many cooking modes as desired.

This grill can perform oven-like indirect cooking and smoking using different type of wood pellets available on the market.

The special "closed lid" system allows to achieve mouth-filling cooking results, also thanks to the combustion chamber that helps to maintain a constant internal temperature and keeps food moist and soft.

Instead of coal and wood, this grill is fuelled by wood pellets, which produce significantly less smoke. The pellets are poured into the large hopper (which can contain up to 3.6 Kg of wood pellets with the grill only burning 1 Kg/h) and then they descend into the brazier by means of an auger. The flame is fed by an electrical heating resistance through which it is possible to adjust the temperature and the amount of smoke.

The use of pellets significantly reduces ash production compared to conventional charcoal barbecues, and also allows for easy and quick cleaning.

Thanks to the 4 wheels, 2 of which pivoting, the grill is very easy and practical to transport.

Smoker function and temperature probe

Excess grease is collected into the special tray underneath the cooking chamber and then discharged into the external basket, thus avoiding grease burning while a thermometer helps to keep the temperature under control.

The external pellets feeding hopper allows to perform slow cooking. This way, there is no need to constantly check the food as the grid does not sit directly on the hot coals and does not burn the food.
This prevents fats and cooking oils from dripping onto the embers and releasing the so-called "bad fumes"; no sudden flare-ups and no need to constantly flip the meat.

By selecting the "smoke" function from the control panel, the pellet hopper, which can be closed with its lid acts as a smoker by infusing the food cooking on the main grid with smoking flavours. It can also be used to perform indirect cooking, the best way for thicker foods that require longer cooking times.

The pellets are poured into the large hopper and are then fed through the center by means of an auger to fall directly into the brazier. The flame is fed by an electrical heating resistance through which it is possible to adjust the temperature and the amount of smoke.

The activation of the temperature probe and the pellet auger feeder is electric, so it requires a power extension cord or a connection nearby.
