Rossofuoco Garden Color 65 Built-in Wood-fired Oven - Brown

Rossofuoco Garden Color 65 built-in oven is a wood-fired oven created to be installed inside an existing structure like an outdoor kitchen or a porch. The oven is provided with a cooking chamber made of refractory bricks, which can contain up to three pizzas simultaneously.

The oven design is modern and coloured, with an external finishing in brown painted steel. The inside of the cooking chamber is made of refractory bricks, which allow a constant and uniform temperature to be maintained for perfect cooking.

The oven has an iron door with tempered glass which allows you to see the cooking progress without opening the door and loosing heat.

  • The wood consumption: only 4 kg of wood will be enough for several cookings!
  • The convenience and hygiene given by the separation of the cooking and combustion chamber.
  • Foods do not enter in contact with the ash and embers, nor with wood (often dirty or polluted) or smoke that may make cooking even carcinogenic
  • Easy handling of cooking and heating, precisely because the two environments are separate and autonomous.
  • The cooking times, as it takes less time to reach the cooking temperature

Ventilation system and refractory floor

The combustion system is designed to burn wood efficiently and minimise smoke emissions.

The oven is provided with an adjustable suction and a temperature control system, which allows to maintain the desired temperature during the cooking process.

The state-of-the-art ventilation system is among the most up-to-date on the market. The cooking chamber, made of stainless steel, is separated from the combustion chamber by a double layer consisting of: This allows even heat distribution over the entire surface of the oven and prevents the formation of zones at different temperatures, which are detrimental to even baking.

The ventilation is channelled not only laterally but also under the refractory slab. Focus on the basic refractory slab that can be used directly for baking pizzas, bread, cakes, and many others.

Equipment, combustion chamber and chimney

Smoke adjustment: Allows to check the suction. The real advantage is that, after heating the oven, you can wait for the combustion to end before closing the valve, this way you can retain the heat for a good 2/3 hours of cooking.

Smoke valve adjustment:Thanks to this valve in the cooking chamber, a less humid environment is created, which optimises cooking.
