Right of withdrawal

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (in accordance with the EU 2011/83/UE directive)

If you are an end user (that's to say someone who makes a purchase that is not related to a business and doesn't enter a VAT number when filling in the order form on the AGRIEURO website), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract if the latter was drawn up and concluded as a distance contract, for whatever reason and you won’t have to provide an explanation or be penalised.
This right covers the whole transaction and not just some of the products in the order you wish to return. We refund the whole transaction amount. (AgriEuro also covers the Delivery shipping costs to the customer’s address). The customer will be only charged of the return shipping freight.

To apply the right of withdrawal the Customer must send a notification including first name and surname of the buyer, order number and purchase date within 14 days from the delivery of the goods by one of the modalities listed below:

  • Registered letter with return receipt requested to Settimi srl, Via della Repubblica 4, 06044 Castel Ritaldi (PG).
  • Open an Assistance ticket through your AgriEuro account selecting “Right of Withdrawal” as reason of the assistance ticket opened.
  • Phone call to our After-sales Assistance Service to the number indicated on our website.

 

You must send a notification of your withdrawal decision to AgriEuro within 14 days from the delivery of the goods. You can also do this by logging in to your account and opening an assistance ticket. The customer will have to pay for the return shipping costs and choose a reliable courier because the goods will be traveling under the customer’s responsibility. Once we receive all the products included in the order, we will arrange the transaction refund as soon as possible (within 14 days at the most, according to the regulation). We normally refund the amount using the same payment method the customer used for the purchase.

The goods must return in the same state as when the customer received them. The products must arrive in their original packaging and any form of extra packaging AgriEuro might have added, along with instructions manuals, accessories and whatever items they originally came with.
You will be held responsible if the value of the goods decreases as a result of mishandling them or using the goods in ways that don’t suit their nature, features and purpose.
If a product has been used by you, it is subject to depreciation as when it is put back on sale it will have a "used product" status. This means its money value will be decreased. The same if the original packaging is missing or damaged to the point that a new one must be purchased from the vendor.
If you return a USED product, it will undergo commercial depreciation and at that point, it can only be sold again as used equipment. In that case, the product value will decrease. This also applies to products that return without the original packaging or products that are somehow damaged and must be ordered and purchased again from the manufacturer.
In order to avoid damaging the original packaging as much as possible, we suggest you place it inside a second box and do not apply labels or adhesive tape to the original packaging.

Customers must return goods at their charge to our Logistic Department (Settimi Srl, Via della Repubblica 4, 06044, Castel Ritaldi, Spoleto – PG - ITALY), by means of their own courier, within 14 days from the date of the withdrawal communication. The return freight expenses are at the Customer's charge.
Until there is a confirmation of the goods arriving at our warehouse, they will be traveling under your responsibility. Thus, we advise you ensure the shipment against robbery, loss or transportation damage (we will not be responsible if these incidents take place in the product return process that won’t be arranged by our company but by the Customer).

Once we receive the product, we will refund the entire transaction amount (except in case the aforementioned events take place and except for possible extra expenses such as cash on delivery, if the customer choses this service) within 14 days from the return of the goods (we normally proceed with the refund earlier) using the same payment method the customer chose originally (except in particular circumstances).

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & WARRANTY:

We remind the user that in case of doubts or machine improper functioning within 14 days from the delivery of the goods, the consumer may refer to one of the options which best suits his needs among:

  • Right of Withdrawal
  • Warranty

The Right of Withdrawal explained above that according to the Consumer Code is exercised independently of the reason and that consequently involves the goods first shipping to the Customer’s delivery address at the seller’s charge and the return shipping freight charged to the consumer.
The Warranty may be exercised as an alternative to the right of withdrawal policy within 14 days from the delivery of the goods and within the 2 years from the purchase in case the customer does not want to get rid of the unit and he wants to use it, but it doesn’t work properly. In this case, the consumer has the right to request and obtain the machine collection held by the vendor, who is going to pay for the shipping costs (both the collection and the return shipping freight to the customer’s delivery address once the item will be repaired are at the seller’s charge. This means no expenses incurred to the Customer).

SUPPLIER'S RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

AGRIEURO can recede from the sales agreement within 30 days from the order placement date by sending the Customer a written communication of the recess reason.

a) If it is not possible to ship the order as it is not available even if the unavailability is temporary for the ordered product.
b) For extraordinary reasons that make it impossible to accomplish the business deal in the normal established conditions and procedures.

In this event, the Customer will receive the full amount paid in the scope of the business deal.
