If the customer is an end user (that is to say someone who makes a purchase that is not related to a business and doesn’t enter a VAT number when filling in the order form on the AGRIEURO website), the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract if the latter was drawn up and concluded as a distance contract, for whatever reason and you won’t have to provide an explanation or be penalized.
In order to exercise this right, the customer must send a communication of the withdrawal decision to AgriEuro within 14 days from the delivery of the goods. The customer can communicate in the assistance ticket, by registered letter, telephone or e-mail. This communication must contain name and surname of the purchaser, order no., invoice no. and purchase date. AgriEuro will open an assistance ticket for the customer.
Please return the products in the same conditions as when received, equipped with the original packages (intact and complete with all their parts since they are considered as integral parts of the goods), instructions manual, accessories, parts, keys and everything provided in the standard equipment without any lack.
The customer is possibly and solely responsible for the decrease of the goods value resulting from an alteration of the goods which is considered not necessary to establish the nature, features and functioning.
In the case the product has been clearly used, so as to be subject to a subsequent commercial depreciation when it is re-commercialized as a “used product”, the product will undergo a possible reduction of the value. The same is in case the original packaging is missing or it is damaged to the point that a new one must be purchased and replaced from the vendor.
In order to avoid damaging the original packaging as much as possible, we suggest you to place it inside a second box and do not apply labels or adhesive tape to the original packaging. The customer will return goods using his courier to our Logistic Department (AGRIEURO SRL, Via della Repubblica 4, 06044 Castel Ritaldi PG), within 14 days of the withdrawal communication. The direct return freight expenses are at the Customer’s charge.
Once we receive the product, we will refund the entire transaction amount (except in case the aforementioned events take place and except for possible extra expenses such as cash on delivery, if the customer chooses this service) within 14 days from the day when we are informed about the withdrawal decision, by using the same payment method choose by the customer, except for special circumstances.
The refund can be suspended up to the receipt of the goods or until the customer has demonstrated the effective shipment of the goods, if previously.
AGRIEURO SRL can recede from the sales agreement by sending the Customer a simple justified communication in case of causes of force majeure or impossibility occurring not attributable to the online store or the carrier. In such cases, the customer will only be entitled to a refund of any sum already paid.
