Motor and transmission

This machine is equipped with a single-phase electric motor with a power output of 400 W, powered at 220 V. The motor is coupled to the motor shaft, which is made of sturdy steel. However, in order to ensure optimal machine operation, a transmission unit was introduced between the drive shaft and the worm gear. This component performs an important function in reducing engine speed, thereby optimising the performance of the entire system.

The gearmotor used for this purpose was built with highly resistant and solid nylon gears. This ensures efficient motion transmission and a longer service life, contributing to the overall sturdiness and reliability of the machine.

In addition to its impressive mechanical configuration, this machine also stands out for its versatility. We recommend to make a grinding test on two kilos of tomato, which must be thrown away afterwards, in order to perfectly clean the internal components and to remove any possible processing residue on the inside (including small fragments of plastic, metal or tin).
