The RGV Luxor Meat Slicer 22 Red is a fully made in Italy product: this feature makes it a heavy-duty machine underlying its high quality.
Its ergonomic design has been deeply studied in order to grab the product we are cutting easily and to let a deeper cleanliness of the machine.
Our meat slicer is specific for the cutting of cured meats, however people can use it as cheese slicer and bread slicer too. Furthermore, its new version does not have sharp edges, promoting, in this way, a deeper cleanup.
The specificity of the Luxor Meat Slicer 22 Silver is due to its largest blade diameter of 220 cm and its maximum power supply of 120 W.
The Luxor Meat Slicer 22 Red is extremely lightweight and manageable, having a maximum overall size of 41x32x32 cm and a weight of 12 Kg, which allow moving it easily, with the further possibility of fitting it even in kitchens having small dimensions without running the risk to give up the high quality of the product.
It has been designed by following the safety standards existing at the moment. We are dealing with a meat slicer having many features. It is possible to describe these as follows:
•A hardened steel and chrome blade made of hard chromium having a diameter of 220 mm in order to preserve a higher level of the cutting efficiency and to obtain precise and accurate cuttings.
•A blade cover guard made of aluminium with an anodic overlay oxidation. It is fixed by a frontal screw, which can be removed, allowing, in this way, the possibility of a deeper cleanliness.
•The slicing surface, where the product that is going to be cut is placed, the regulating valve for adjusting the cutting and the fixed ring blade guard are all made of aluminium having an anodic overlay oxidation too, which ensures the highest level of safety in contact with food.
•Base made of painted, lacquered red aluminium specific to be in contact with food.
A Easy-to-handle knob manages the cutting thickness from 0 mm up to 16 mm diameter.
