The Resto Italia Small G2 electric pizza oven guarantees uniform and efficient cooking of up to two pizzas with a maximum diameter of 36 cm.
The model is equipped with two independent cooking chambers, each with a door fitted with a front glass panel for direct monitoring of the product during cooking. Thanks to its maximum operating temperature of 350°C, it allows for fast cooking times and optimal results on baked goods such as pizza, focaccia and bread.
The design is compact and functional, with a satin stainless steel exterior and painted sheet metal fronts.
Its compact size (55 x 43 x 43.5 cm) allows it to be installed even in small kitchens. The right-hand side panel houses the electromechanical controls: each chamber is managed by two independent thermostats, one upper and one lower, which allow precise heat control.
The three heating elements are arranged so that the central one serves both chambers, reducing energy consumption and improving efficiency. The advanced insulation system ensures effective thermal insulation between the chambers, optimising consumption and maintaining a constant temperature during use.
The power supply is single-phase 230V, with a power consumption of 3.2 kW. The internal dimensions of each chamber (41 x 36 x 11 cm) allow two standard pizzas to be cooked simultaneously.
