The Hooven 341 Manual electric pizza oven from Resto Italia is designed for high performance pizza baking. With the Boost system, the oven spreads the heat evenly, reproducing the ideal conditions for Neapolitan pizza. It reaches a maximum temperature of 518°C, allowing short cooking times and homogenous results.
Suitable for different types of pizza, such as Neapolitan, Roman, classic and gourmet, the oven offers versatility thanks to its intuitive management of cooking parameters. It incorporates a real Sorrento Biscuit, an essential component for traditional baking.
On the energy efficiency front, it consumes on average between and 0.95 kW. The maximum consumption is 2.9 kW with the Boost function. Safety is ensured by advanced insulation, triple glazing, a dedicated air chamber and forced ventilation, which keep the outside of the oven at room temperature.
