The Reber 8603 N n°3 STAINLESS STEEL hand powered sauce maker is a tomato processing machine for making “passata” or tomato sauce. This machine was designed to be operated on top of a table after securing it with the incorporated table clamp.
The tomato press is provided with:
- Lock ring and table clip made of food-grade polished die-cast aluminium;
- Stainless steel filter: 15 cm length (the filter holes are 1.5mm);
- Hopper: 19 cm diameter;
- Hopper and chute made of 18/10 STAINLESS STEEL;
- Food-grade resin worm screw;
Since this machine is not motor-powered, it is perfect for limited and hobby use.
WARNING: the machine is fully made of food-grade materials. However, all the internal components have not been cleaned when the machine leaves the manufacturing company. Therefore, we highly suggest our customers to process 2Kg tomatoes and throw them away in order to get a deep cleaning of the machine internal parts and to remove possible manufacturing residuals such as small plastic, metal or tin scraps).
