The Prismafood SMALL BASIC ALTO 1/40 VETRO 2T electric pizza oven is a single-chamber oven designed for baking 32 cm pizzas.
The 18 cm high internal chamber allows you to work with even the most developed doughs and medium-sized preparations in contexts such as bars and small professional kitchens. It is suitable for operators with varying levels of experience, from advanced hobbyists to professionals; it requires compact equipment with precise thermal control. It operates on the basis of two independent thermostats that regulate the top and bottom;
the 800 W armoured heating elements ensure uniform heat distribution up to 320 °C. The refractory stone base stabilises the temperature and supports consistent cooking during repeated sessions. The evaporated rock wool insulation reduces heat loss and improves the oven's electrical efficiency.
