SM 22 INOX 1,5 Hp Heavy-duty tabletop meat grinder

The professional meat grinder Palumbo Pavi SM 22 INOX with its 1.5 Hp power (800W) is able to prepare at its best, any type of meat.

Designed to be used above a table, it has dimensions of 58x22x32 cm and a weight of 20 kg. Mouth diameter 75 mm, it comes with a self-sharpening knife and a die, both in AISI 430 stainless steel.

Equipped with a 220V single-phase asynchronous electric induction motor with waterproof switch, the SM 22 INOX 1.5Hp professional meat grinder is certified in compliance with Machine Standard 89/392 and is suitable for all particularly demanding professionals or hobbyists.

Hygienically designed, it has the possibility of completely separating the grinding unit from the machine body for more thorough cleaning.

Also available is a kit of two tubes that, inserted immediately after the die, allow the meat to be stuffed. The machine body and ring nut are made of die-cast aluminium polished for foodstuffs, machine body ring nut and screw conveyor of tinned cast iron, transmission with steel gear motor, stainless steel funnel, HD polyethylene pestle.

By purchasing, separately, the tomato squeezer accessory, it is possible to transform the mincer into a tomato press.

The machine is completely made in Italy, which is a guarantee of the quality of the meters and components.

Motor and transmission

This machine is euipped with a single-phase asynchronous electric motor.
Power supply: 230 V.
Maximum developed power: 1,5 Hp.
The motor is mounted on a small metal frame with vibration-damping rubber mounts.

The drive shaft is made of F37 steel and it is not connected directly to the worm screw. In fact, there is a transmission component between the two, which also has the purpose of reducing motor revolutions, thus optimising the machine performances.

This steel gear motor is extremely sturdy and robust.

The motor features a watertight switch.

All of the machine components are made in Italy.

Machine body and components

This meat mincer is called SM 22 INOX because all of its main components are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The machine body, the lock ring and the gearmotor protective casing are made by moulding UNI 50 die-cast aluminium.

Stainless steel hopper. Hopper size: 18x30 cm

The worm screw is made of tinned cast iron

The self-sharpening knife and the grinding plate are made of stainless steel.

Stuffing tubes diameter: 1,5 cm and 2 cm.

The pestle is made of food-grade HD polyethylene.
