The Palazzetti Parenzo masonry barbecue with oven is a complete solution for those looking for a versatile and durable product.
The model combines a large BBQ with an integrated oven, thus offering dual functionality in one product.
The barbecue tops are made of Marmotech, an innovative material made of marble grit and concrete, known for its high thermal and mechanical resistance.
The furnace is made of refractory material, with internal dimensions of 77x65 cm, is fitted with a stainless steel door complete with thermometer to monitor the internal temperature.
The hearth is also equipped with refractory hobs and a 68x40 cm cooking grill, adjustable to two heights, to adapt to different cooking needs. A protective metal hood is included as standard equipment, providing additional safety and protection.
This barbecue allows you to cook for 10–12 people at the same time.
The barbecue can be fed with either wood or charcoal, while the oven only runs on wood.
Note: We recommend protecting the concrete components with a 3-4 mm layer of water-repellent outdoor paint (not included in the delivery), and the Marmotech parts with transparent water-repellent (not included in the delivery).
To assemble this model you need to purchase:
- 20 kg of quartz paint
- 10 kg of mortar
- 6 tubes of EasyFix adhesive
The barbecue is supplied cement-coloured, it is therefore necessary to coat it with the appropriate paint (please verify the scope of equipment)
