The Palazzetti Bastia barbecue is a charcoal/wood-fired barbecue with grid and side outdoor oven combo.
The wood-fired oven made of refractory with internal dimensions of 77x65 and a steel door with a thermometer, is located on the side of the barbecue.
The cooking chamber features refractory hearth plates with a 68x40cm cooking grid which can be adjusted to two different levels.
The Palazzetti Bastia is a very sturdy barbecue. The structure is made of refractory concrete, while the large worktop is made of Marmotech coloured in the mixture.
The barbecue can be fed with both wood or charcoal, while the oven only with wood.
Underneath both the oven and the cooking chamber there are convenient shelves to keep everything you need for cooking within easy reach.
