The Palazzetti Balos is a wood-fired barbecue with grid and and upper outdoor oven combo.
The wood-fired barbecue features a high-strength construction. The structure is made of refractory concrete, while the large worktop next to the grid is made of Marmotech coloured in the mixture.
Among the main features there are:
- Metal hood guard for protection from high temperatures in the chimney
- Lower wood compartment
- Protective insulating blanket for hearth plates
- Ash tray with fire grate
The 76x37 cm cooking grids are made in stainless steel and can be positioned at 3 heights, whereas the plates are built in refractory.
The stainless steel large indirect cooking oven and door equipped with an integrated thermometer is located above the barbecue. The oven performs indirect cooking by means of the fumes and heat of the grid underneath.
The barbecue can be fed by both wood and charcoal.
Underneath both the oven and the cooking chamber, there are convenient shelves to keep everything you need for cooking within easy reach.
