Original classic, robust X-frame cart design in powder coated steel with 2 weatherproof wheels, front table and lower storage shelf in painted wood.

The double ring-burner system, in porcelain-enamelled and stainless steel with electric multiple ignition integrated into the twist grip can be regulated separately: the larger one with an output of 8,5 kW/h, the smaller one, ideal for low & slow cooking with 1,2 kW/h of power.

The core of the gas kettle grill is the unique EASY FLIP funnel system. It allows you to switch the heat distribution from direct to indirect in a matter of seconds. At the same time, it acts as an intelligent protective shield against damaging flare-ups and unpleasant smoke emissions, as dripping fat is channelled through the funnel into the collecting pan.

Some of the fat and meat juices that come into contact with the funnel evaporate, giving the food to be grilled that typically intense barbecue flavour.

NOTE: The hose and the barbecue gas reducer are both included in the package. In case the barbecue is to be used in a foreign country, it is necessary to buy the right components.

The core of the gas kettle grill is the unique EASY FLIP funnel system, which ensures an even heat distribution and prevents flare-ups as the burners are completely protected. Also, dripping fat does not catch fire but runs along the funnel to the collecting tray under the kettle.

Available cooking methods:

• Direct cooking: during direct grilling and cooking, a high temperature is concentrated on the grid, creating, for example, seared patterns on your steak.
• Indirect cooking: during indirect grilling, cooking and baking, the heat is distributed evenly in the enclosed barbecue kettle. Ideal, for example, for steaming vegetables or simmering a roast.

The food to be grilled does not burn and the inside of the grill stays clean. No need to turn the food to be grilled: freely enjoy flavoursome outdoor barbecuing firsthand and spend quality time with your guests.

The barbecue can reach temperatures up to 360 degrees. If you turn the funnel upside down, the grill is set in the Volcano position which allows to cook with an intense heat from below.
