The Oliviero Flex PPF electric olive harvester stands out for its efficiency and lightweight, making it an ideal tool for harvesting olives. With a total length of 240 cm and a weight of only 2.2 kg, this harvester offers excellent manoeuvrability, facilitating harvesting even over extended periods. The 35 cm prong length allows effective penetration between branches, optimising the separation of the olives without damaging the tree.

The horizontal movement of the prongs, supported by a powerful 12V electric motor, ensures fast and precise harvesting. This type of motion is particularly effective in reducing the scattering of the olives, improving the harvest yield. Besides being quiet, the electric motor offers high energy efficiency, extending the operating range of the device.

The Head and Prongs Motion Mechanics

Oliviero Flex PPF mounts 8 AX01 harvesting prongs on its head, a patented material of exceptional elasticity and flexibility, unlike other harvesters on the market, which instead fit carbon or plastic prongs. Said prongs are as much as 35 cm to allow them to reach deep into the plant.

Prong motion: given their unique flexibility, the prongs bend under the inward or outward motion of the harvester head, mimicking the action of a whip. The eight harvesting prongs move in groups of 4 in an asymmetrical manner. This motion mechanics on the one hand allows the harvester to penetrate inside the most challenging plants, ensuring very effective harvesting, and on the other hand minimises vibrations by optimising the balance and ergonomics of the machine.
