MCH M500H-GX Tracked Power Barrow - Extendable dumper - 500 Kg loading capacity

The MCH M500H-GX tracked power barrow features a loading capacity of 500 kg.

The sturdy steel frame and the gearbox consisting of six forward + two reverse speed gears, make the power barrow a multi tool and efficient machinery.

Thanks to the tracked-driving system and to the heavy-duty HONDA engine provided with electric start, this tracked power barrow allows carrying loads

• Up to Max 500 kg while working on even surfaces
• Up to maximum 350 kg loads while working on Max 30% slopes, resulting an ideal machinery suitable for carrying any transport requirement.

The wheelbarrow is also provided with extendable undercarriage, which allows increasing the loading capacity. Thus, the detachable side panels ensure to get the highest standard of versatility while working.

Among the main strengths of the wheelbarrow, the tracks stand out for ensuring high quality in terms of safety and balance while using the equipment even in case of working operations on slopes or heavy loads that would not be supported by the standard power barrows on the market.

The tracked power barrow is equipped with heavy-duty HONDA GX200 engine, which allows reaching:

Warning! These machineries are previously tested by the producer before leaving the manufacturing industry. Therefore, the engine is already provided with oil and minimal fuel in the tank. Gearbox oil already filled.

We highly recommend:
1) Check the oil level
2) Fill oil inside the oil filter (whereas available the filter in oil bath)
3) Carefully read the instructions manual before attempting any operation of maintenance or oil refilling (the producer may constantly change the filling modality without previous notice)

High performance Honda GX 200 engine intended for heavy-duty applications. Latest-technology engine designed with OHV (overhead valve) technology.

Honda "GX" highly professional Series. This engine series has been specifically designed for the most demanding and hardest requirements on the construction sector, agricultural field, generators, welding machines etc. They are mostly renowned for the high standard in terms of durability and reliability.

Gross Power: 6.5 HP
The appropriate wording is actually “Power Rating” as it is the classic standard terminology for power. All the largest engine manufacturers have officially used this definition up until a few years ago.

* For the most part, this is still the information that all the main commercial and sales channels provide, even though it is higher than the net power output.

Net Power: 5.5 HP
This is the actual power transferred to the drive shaft. Engine manufacturers disclose this power information in the instructions manuals or technical data sheets as official.

* This information may vary for the same engine model because the equipment manufacturer establishes the rpm rate of the engine that is mounted on said equipment

Gearbox: large-sized gearbox, certainly the highest reliable and efficient on the market. Comfortable and user-friendly.

The wheelbarrow is provided with gear reducer which allows doubling the speed gears up to reach no. 6 forward + no. 2 reverse speed gears. Thanks to the gear reducer, it will be always possible to get the ideal driving system.

The gears that can be selected are totally 8 (6+2), which is allowed by the low-to-high adjustable speed on any selected gear. The lever located on the right side of the gearbox allows selecting between two speed gears. The speediest gears are mostly indicated for the best road conditions while it would be possible to easily cross the most uneven surfaces by selecting the lowest gears (reduced speed gears). The two additional levers allow a quick engagement of the desired speed: the first lever manages 3 speed gears (both forward and reverse), the latter to engage the low or speed modes.

Breaking system:

They are connected to the transmission gear in order to ensure higher balance and safety. Release the controls to operate the brakes automatically (the machine will be kept totally blocked even on steep slopes and even in neutral).

Transmission:
The sturdy and strong transmission allows managing the power steering interrupting the track rotation singularly.

The power barrow is provided with tipping tracks. The two central rollers movable according to the obstacle the machinery needs to face. This allows the power barrow to always achieve the maximum adherence to the ground. This model of wheelbarrow also features a high-placed undercarriage than most of the wheelbarrows on the market. The high barrow placed 16 cm from the ground, allows the machine to work on uneven surfaces always keeping the highest safety and ground adherence as the lowest side of the unit does not scrape the ground.

The track shape makes the power barrow suitable for even overcoming the hardest obstacles such as walls and steps while still ensuring the highest levels of safety and balance while working. Thanks to the track width and tread configuration, the tracks ensure perfect grip and stability on any possible soil. Made of special reinforced rubber with high grip, they allow using the unit on any type of surface and step.

Tilting tracks while in operation

High-resistance steel skip, specifically reinforced with tubular steel construction on the underside of the machine. Its structure makes the unit suitable for carrying any load even in case of overstress. The loading platform is located at the minimal distance from the ground in order to enhance the loading/unloading operations

Hydraulic tipping: the tipping system is operated by means of the specific lever placed with all the other controls.

The tracked power barrow is provided with a pneumatic cylinder on the underside of the frame which assists the tipping system allowing the Operator to work effortlessly. Remove the ram to allow a complete tip over.

Increased the inside box volume by means of the extendable side panels.

Moreover, the machine is provided with detachable side panels on standard kit.

For example, you can use them to carry and load logs. Increase the load by means of the extension sides to optimize your work.

Heavy-duty hydraulic system that allows raising both the dumper and the front bucket by means of the levers located on the control panel. It consists of:

Controls: use-friendly and ergonomics, ensuring the highest-levels in terms of efficiency and control of the power barrow.

Two steering triggers on the underside, on the right and the left respectively.

Possibility to control the steering by means of the control lever, which allows an easy manageability of the unit. By pulling one of the two levers partially, the track on that side will turn in that direction partially as well. Therefore, the Operator can steer the tracked power barrow very easily avoiding sudden and accidental motions.
