The Macte Ovens Voyager TWIN ADVANCED is an electric pizza oven for both domestic and professional use, designed to reach high temperatures quickly and ensure consistent heat distribution even in non-professional environments. It is the ideal oven to prepare Neapolitan pizza, naturally leavened bread, focaccia and to quickly cook meat and vegetables.
The core of the oven consists of an upper and lower electric heating element, managed separately by a digital PID system with Autoboost function. This configuration allows it to reach 510 °C in less than 30 minutes, maintaining a stable temperature even when the door is opened frequently.
The cooking chamber measures 35 × 40 × 9.5 cm and is completely insulated with technical food-grade materials. The stainless steel interior lining facilitates cleaning and improves heat reflection. The "biscotto di Casapulla" refractory stone absorbs and gradually releases heat, reduces the risk of burning and helps to create the crust in high-hydration pizzas.
The door is equipped with triple glazing glass and a pyrolytic seal, which are typical features of professional catering ovens. This system reduces thermal loss and increases safety during prolonged use.
