The Macte Ovens Nettuno Advanced electric pizza oven is a countertop oven designed to bake Neapolitan pizza at high temperatures in a domestic or professional environment. Made entirely of stainless steel, it has a compact and solid structure, incorporating high-quality materials.
The cooking surface is made of Casapulla refractory stone, chosen for its high thermal inertia and even heat distribution. The internal chamber has a size of 35 x 40 cm, with a height of 17 cm, making the oven suitable for large pizzas and thick baked goods such as bread, focaccia or panettone. Thermal insulation is provided by food-grade materials with high resistance to temperatures above 500 °C.
Thermal temperature is controlled by a digital PID system with Autoboost function, which independently manages the two heating elements (upper and lower). This ensures precise and stable regulation, even when the door is opened, limiting the drop in thermal temperature. The maximum temperature that can be reached is 510 °C, achievable in less than 30 minutes from the first start-up, with extremely fast recovery times between one baking cycle and the next.
Thanks to its compact size (61.5 x 45 x 37 cm) and Schuko-type socket, it can be installed in any environment equipped with a standard electrical system, without the need for structural work. The door with triple glazing glass and pyrolytic seal ensures an airtight closure, limiting heat loss and improving overall thermal efficiency.
