The Swing 36V battery-powered olive harvester from Lisam, thanks to its features, is a product that will allow you to harvest olives in a practical and effortless way.

Swing is Lisam's latest creation: a highly professional electric olive harvest designed to facilitate and speed up the olive harvest.

The olive harvester is equipped with rakes with carbon prongs, which are very resistant and easily replaceable in case of breakage.

A distinctive feature of the Swing model is the way it operates among the branches of the olive trees: the two rows of rakes follow an elliptical movement, oscillating back and forth in sequence.

Included with the product is a transformer that allows the operator to power the olive harvester with a standard 12V battery-powered device, even though the motor has a voltage of 36V.

This model is ideal for those looking for a professional product that will fully meet their working needs.

The pole is also made of carbon fibre, which makes it durable and very lightweight.

The head and the mechanics of the prongs' movement

The Lisam Swing olive harvester is equipped with 8+8 quick-change carbon harvesting rods on the head.

The arms therefore carry a total of 8 easy-to-replace carbon prongs. The entire propulsion and transmission unit is hermetically sealed, preventing any external agents from penetrating inside. This guarantees continuous operation and virtually no maintenance. The prongs are over 32 cm long to allow them to penetrate deep into the plant.

The body

The body, which contains the Italian-made electric motor, is made of resin and nylon, ensuring strength and lightness.

A steel plate is located between the tooth seat and the motor to ensure greater strength. The 12 V motor delivers 1300 cycles per minute with an absorption of 2.5 amp/h.

For power supply, a battery-powered battery of at least 50 A is sufficient.

Motor at the Bottom of the Pole

The motor at the bottom of the pole gives this olive harvester exceptional balance, which translates into less fatigue during use.
Today, however, 99% of olive harvesters on the market still have the motor mounted on the head: a simpler and cheaper solution that makes the harvester extremely unbalanced in terms of weight and exhausting to use.

It should not be forgotten that most of the time the olive harvester is held at the bottom of the pole, and if the weight is concentrated at the top, it becomes very difficult to handle and certainly impossible to use for a whole day.

When choosing an olive harvester, it is wrong to consider only the total weight when assessing its comfort of use.

Comfort of use is determined not by the total weight but by the balance of weights, and therefore by the mounting of the motor at the bottom of the pole.

Powerful 325-watt motor

Despite the considerable size of the rakes, it generates up to 1300 rotations per minute.

Thanks to the supplied transformer, the olive harvester can be powered by a 12V lead battery.

Pole

The carbon extension pole has a length range from 230 cm to 310 cm. The extension can be adjusted using the quick hook and release system.

At the bottom of the pole there is a connector for connecting the olive harvester to the cable supplied.
