Discover the Linea VZ Portici outdoor wood-fired oven.
This high-performance prefabricated garden oven consists of two main elements: a solid base and the oven itself, both made of a durable concrete mix.
The firebox area inside the oven is made of a special refractory crushed stone with a high alumina concentration, ensuring exceptional heat resistance. Thanks to this unique composition, the oven ensures optimal baking and high durability even at the highest temperatures
The cooking surface measures 72x70 cm, and can cook up to 3 pizzas of Ø 25 cm simultaneously.
At the top there are a large chimney with a chimney pot in concrete mix and directly connected to the cooking chamber. This will allow proper smoke expulsion in total safety, maintaining a constant temperature inside the oven.
To give the oven a distinctive aesthetic look, there is a brick-coloured expanded clay finishing arch near the oven opening.
The front door, made of steel, is equipped with a practical thermometer to constantly monitor the cooking temperature. Furthermore,it is equipped with an anti-scald handle to ensure maximum safety during use.
It is very convenient to use thanks to the many places where you can store all the useful accessories needed while cooking.
In fact, in the storage shelf there are two convenient shelves where you can store various tools, ingredients even wood fuels combustion.
The base and oven will be delivered disassembled in two separate packages.
N.B.
The product will be delivered already equipped with rock wool thermal insulation, but once assembled it will need to be coated with a special quartz outdoor paint.
Specifically for this model, we suggest to purchase:
- 1 package of quartz paint;
- 1 tubes of specific glue for assembly
- Refractory mortar for mounting/assembly
