Discover the Linea VZ Ponza outdoor wood-fired oven.
This small-sized prefabricated garden oven is made of a special refractory conglomerate of cement, clay and marmorino with very high thermal and mechanical resistance, completely coloured in the mix.
The fireplace area, on the other hand, is made of a special refractory mixture, which is also highly heat-resistant. This particular combination will allow you to benefit from optimal cooking quality.
The cooking surface measures 55x59 cm, and can cook up to 2 pizzas of Ø 20 cm simultaneously.
At the top there is a large chimney with a stainless steel chimney pot, directly connected to the cooking chamber. This will allow proper smoke expulsion in total safety, maintaining a constant temperature inside the oven.
Near the oven opening, there is also a brick-coloured expanded clay finish arch, to further enhance the oven's aesthetic appearance.
The front door is made of steel and is equipped with a practical thermometer, to always keep the cooking temperature under control, and an anti-scald handle.
It is very convenient to use thanks to the many places where you can store all the useful accessories while cooking.
In fact, in the lower part there are two convenient shelves where you can store various tools, ingredients, even wood.

We suggest protecting it with a coat of water-repellent paint for outdoor use (not included).
Specifically for this model, it is necessary to purchase:

- 1 tube of glue for assembly;
- Refractory mortar for mounting/assembly
