The Il-Tec Ultrafiller 1 Lite electric vacuum bottling machine is a compact, single-head machine designed for bottling wine, oil, liqueurs, perfumes and other liquids.
The Ultrafiller 1 Lite model combines a durable plastic body with a stainless steel filling nozzle, a component that ensures hygiene and robustness. The structure includes a transparent food-grade plastic tank, useful for visually monitoring the liquid level.
The nozzle and arm can be adjusted in height according to the size of the bottle. The system slides along the steel support pole and is fixed at the desired height by means of a mechanical lever with lock. This feature allows containers of different heights to be bottled quickly and without the need for adapters.
The machine uses the principle of vacuum: when the bottle is placed under the nozzle, the liquid is sucked through the vacuum without coming into contact with mechanical parts, improving product preservation and integrity. Controlled dispensing ensures reduced waste and uniform filling.
The removable spout allows for quick cleaning or replacement, offering greater convenience for the user.
The filler is designed for semi-automatic filling of rigid bottles with non-carbonated food liquids.
