The Helvi Jet 160 welding machine is a single-phase MMA inverter device designed for welding ferrous metals using coated electrodes. It is a compact and lightweight machine, designed for professional and advanced hobbyist use.
The simple and essential front panel includes a digital display for monitoring the current supplied, an adjustment potentiometer and quick connectors for the electrode and earth cables. The top handle allows for easy transport, even in complex working environments.
From a technical point of view, the Helvi Jet 160 inverter welder operates at 230V and has a power consumption of 6.7 KVA at 60%. The duty cycle is calibrated for continuous use: 200A at 35%, 150A at 60% and 120A at 100%. It supports rutile and basic electrodes with diameters from 1.6 to 4.0 mm, making it suitable for a variety of applications.
The no-load voltage is 70V, while the IP22S protective rating and H insulation class offer operational safety in non-extreme environments.
