GTM GTS 900 G - Petrol-driven shredder - Loncin G300F engine

It has a roller equipped with double 'PRO Blades' and a counter-blade. This configuration ensures high efficiency in fragmenting vegetable waste, turning it quickly into more manageable pieces.

The ability to adjust the angle of the discharge deflector up to 90°allows shredded debris to be directed directly into containers for disposal.

In terms of safety and user-friendliness, the shredder is characterised by its loading height of approximately 100 cm, which makes loading materials much easier. It features a safety button that minimises the risk of injury, increasing the protection of the user during operation.

Mobility is facilitated by two Ø 40 cm pneumatic wheels and a front handle, which make transporting the device easy and effortless. This feature is particularly useful for moving the shredder within large green spaces or between different work areas.

Warning

Like all wood chippers and garden shredders, it is not suited for shredding grass, leaves, pine needles, etc. (it is intended to shred branches, but it can also grind leaves, needles and others)

Garden shredders intended use:
- The wood chipper must grind only green branches and not dried ones (which would limit its shredding capacity and lead to quick deterioration of the blades);
- The branches must be preferably long, smooth and not knobby (otherwise the cutting diameter would be reduced);
- The branch cutting diameter indicated is the maximum, so it is advised not to shred larger branches. In this case it would be better to purchase a shredder with a larger branch cutting diameter;
- The cutting diameter can vary according to the amounts of wood (e.g: oak, olive, plum and peach are hardwood and can reduce the cutting capacity of the wood chipper);

• UNIFIED HOPPER:

It considerably simplifies and speeds up the operations.
It avoids the Operator to separate large branches from smaller and green ones (before shredding), while each of them must be entered in their own hopper in standard garden shredders with 2 separate hoppers.

• SELF-FEEDING:

Once introduced the branches into the hopper, the shredder pulls them inside the shredding unit autonomously thanks to the hopper vertical design. Thanks to the gravitational force, the mechanism can pull inside the branches to be shredded.

WARNING: the branches must not be too bulky because this may limit the functionality of the machine.

This shredder has an exhaust chimney that can be adjusted in height by means of a pin.

The ejection nozzle is positioned at a height of about 138cm.

All shredders with a roller system such as this one do their best work by inserting branches that have already been pruned and cleaned (not thick and with excessive branching);
And they are ideal for branches with a little texture and body, and not for thin, green, dense or large branches; this is because the roller system is technically unsuitable for grinding small or minimal diameters, or green material in general, while they really give their best with real branches of a certain diameter and body. This is related to their lower 'centrifugal' power compared to classic disc and blade models, and the 'greater distance between blade and counter-blade', designed for single branches that are already well thinned but have a large diameter.
