Greenworks OPTIMOW 5 Robot Lawn Mower - Lawn Mower with Perimeter Wire

Once installed, Optimow 5 will mow the lawn following the preset programme and automatically recharging when necessary. The control via Bluetooth App is enabled to allow changing the mowing time if needed; while the lifting and shockproof sensors guarantee a complete safety at any moment during use.

The Optimow 5 can be controlled via Bluetooth from the Greenworks App, where you can monitor and update the cutting device and change the settings and the operating hours. The range of the Bluetooth connection is max. 32 meters from the robot lawn mower.

The available operations with the new APP:

• View and adjust the robot lawn mower settings, such as programming, starting points and security functions;
• See and receive notifications about the status of the cutting device, such as mowing, charging and errors.
• Send commands to the robot, like Pause, Park and Resume;
• Follow the robot position (on selected models);

As soon as the product is delivered, you can start it autonomously: even the less expert user, who has never had experience with cutting device, will be immediately able to start the unit, and let the Optimow 5 robot lawn mower running according to the instructions detailed described in the manual.

Optimow can be easily installed with very few simple steps:

1. Assemble and tighten the charging station;
2. Fix the boundary wire with the proper fixing pegs around the working area;
3. Schedule the cutting calendar;

The user needs to install the perimeter wire at the first installation. This installation will delimit the boundaries of the cutting area permanently. The perimeter wire will be no longer visible within a couple of weeks.

The perimeter wire (100 m) along with the (185 pcs) pegs are already included in the package.

One of the most important features of this robot is the IPX5 grade waterproof, which allows a Quick and easy cleaning even with a garden hose. While the controls are placed in the upper part of the cutting tool.

Other important features:

• Quick stop control: If you press the red STOP button at any time during operation, the robot lawn mower and the blade rotation will stop immediately.
• Anti-tilt sensor in the forward / side direction: Whether the equipment bumps into an uphill or a slope with over 30% inclination while running, it will change the working direction.
• Shockproof sensors for detecting obstacles: The robot lawn mower is equipped with sensors which, in case of contact with obstacles, make it change the driving direction. In case of impacts against obstacles, the upper section of the housing slightly moves in order to operate the shock-proof sensor.
• Removable deactivation device: Pull out the deactivation device to prevent the operation of the robot. This allows to carry out any maintenance operation.

Possibility to adjust the cutting height thanks to the handy knob which enables to move the cutting deck from 20 mm to 60 mm.

The robot lawn mower is recommended for turfs with a maximum height of 60 mm. In case of tall grass, the equipment may stop. It is recommended to reduce the grass height under 60 mm mowing it with a standard lawn mower or adjusting the cutting height to a compatible level.
