3 Cutting systems

The machine is a traditional 3 in 1 lawn mower, provided with mulching, rear discharge and grass collection systems.

Standard grass collection system:

Grass collector capacity: 45 L.

REAR DISCHARGE SYSTEM

This system allows mowing without using the grass collector, discharging the grass clippings directly from the back of the lawn mower.

MULCHING CUTTING SYSTEM
Immediate conversion: simply remove the grass collector and insert the mulching plug with a simple gesture, automatically activating the mulching system.

Immediate conversion: simply remove the collector to enable the mulching system. In fact, when the deflector lowers it perfectly fits into the rear grass discharge opening, and can be operated thanks to the mulching plug supplied.

WHAT IS MULCHING: this grass mowing system allows crushing grass clippings and dropping them on the ground. The resulting grass particles are so small, they will be barely noticeable on the lawn. This eliminates the problem of its disposal (reducing any effort and shortening the time-saving). Moreover, grass clippings will break down into nutrients and water for the lawn (grass is 80% water) and will thus ensure a perfectly balanced biological cycle. However, it is worth remembering that, to ensure the greatest mulching results, the lawn should be irrigated, and the grass needs cutting at least once a week.

Centralised cutting height adjustment: it is possible to adjust simultaneously the 4 wheels through a single lever.

Instructions for Use for Our Customers

The lawn mower is designed and intended exclusively for cutting grass in garden areas (and not on other types of terrain). The surface must be level, free from irregularities, stones, or other solid objects, and covered with maintained lawn grass (therefore, not uncultivated or spontaneous vegetation). Grass should be cut regularly and must not be allowed to grow beyond 25–30 cm, as most lawn mowers are no longer capable of cutting at this height. Slopes exceeding 15% (equivalent to 9°) must be avoided, except when using 4x4 models.

For heavier-duty tasks involving spontaneous vegetation, grass taller than the above-mentioned limits, or rougher surfaces than a garden, please consider alternative product categories such as Petrol Flail Mowers or Brush Cutters.

Furthermore, grass must only be cut when both the lawn and the underlying soil are completely dry. Mowing should be carried out exclusively in dry weather, well away from periods of rain or irrigation, and preferably in the afternoon, when the grass is no longer affected by morning humidity. Wet grass tends to bend under the blades, which reduces cutting efficiency, increases the risk of clogging inside the deck, and subjects the engine to excessive strain.
