GreenBay GB-WRC 50 L - Petrol wood chipper - Petrol engine 7 HP

The GreenBay GB-WRC 50 L shredder has a powerful 7 HP engine. It can of any type up to a maximum diameter of 50 mm.

The model features of modern electric safety devices to EC standards.

It is very easy to move, as it is equipped with large, durable wheels.

These shredders are specifically designed for chipping small to medium diameter branches. It is excellent for shredding waste that has formed after pruning.

Limitations: the final size of the wood chips is larger than average due to the lack of centrifugal hammers.

Warning: Like all wood chippers and chipper, it is not suited for the shredding of grass, leaves, pine needles, etc.… (It is made to shred branches, but it can grind the leaves, needles and certain other vegetation may be attached to them)

Shredders intended use:
- The shredder must grind only green branches and not dried ones (which would limit its shredding capacity and lead to rapid deterioration of the blades);
- The branches must be preferably long, smooth and not knobby (otherwise the cutting diameter would be reduced);
- The branch cutting diameter indicated is the maximum, so it is advised not to shred larger branches. In this case it would be better to purchase a shredder with a larger branch cutting diameter;
- The cutting diameter can vary according to the amounts of wood (e.g: oak, olive, plum and peach are hardwoods and can reduce the cutting capacity of the wood chipper)

The Garden Shredder is powered by a powerful Loncin G210FA Engine with overhead valves and aluminium cylinder.

This shredder, like all petrol shredders with roller rotor, must be strictly used to the maximum RPM of the engine; the grinding rotor has a very substantial mass and to give an effective result must reach the maximum rpm, thereby taking advantage of its own centrifugal force generated.

CAUTION: using it at less than full speed can lead to several problems, and the shredder won’t be able to grind large branches and perform a high-quality grinding.
- Lowering of the revs or switching off of the engine during use
- Damage to the centrifugal clutch, which, if the engine is not at maximum revs, does not expand fully, causing it to burn out and need to be replaced

UNIFIED HOPPER: speeds up the working operations considerably.

The single hopper considerably simplifies and speeds up the work. It eliminates the operation of separating (before grinding) the material between the major and woody sections and smaller and green sections, each of which is inserted in its special hopper (operation instead requested from all the classic wood chipper equipped with 2 hoppers)

SAFETY DEVICE : It is possible to use the device placed around the hopper. In case of emergency it is possible to make a slight pressure with the hand on the device to immediately block the functioning of the shredder.

2 cutting blades, of large dimensions and thickness are mounted on a large spinning steel plate

The rotor is solid and robust, made of steel.

This double-blade system is also equipped with a counter-blade to optimise the cut.

The shredder is equipped with a robust and durable counter-blade.

This is deliberately assembled at an angle to the frame and to the direction of rotation of the rotor to increase, and therefore improve, the machine's cutting capacity and yield performance.

All shredders with roller system like this, do the best work by inserting them already leafless and clean (not thick and excessive branching).

The discharge chute is very high, about 1 m above the ground, and has a deflector with adjustable inclination.

It allows vegetable waste to be discharged into a box.

The discharge chute is adjustable too: indeed it can rotate and easily manually loosening and tightening the knob, it can be oriented either to the right or left in many different positions.

The supporting front foot is very broad and provides stability to the machine. This allows to distribute the weight over a greater surface area, thus avoiding that the wood chipper from plunging in soft grounds.

The garden shredder was equipped with double grip to facilitate the moving operations.

The wood chipper also has large wheels that allow easy transport.
