GreenBay GB-WDC 75 L - Petrol garden Shredder - Loncin Gasoline Engine

The GreenBay GB-WDC 75 H garden shredder is powered by a Loncin 212 cc engine, which allows reaching a power of 7 HP.

The cutting system consists of:

• 1 blades
• 10 hammers
• 10 knives

This wood chipper model is equipped with double hopper. The main hopper is mostly intended for vigorous fronds as well as green material or small-sized branches up to 10 mm diameter.

*It is not recommended to shred grass and leaves alone, without the presence of small branches because this wood chipper is not self-feeding.

The second hopper of the wood chipper can be only used for shredding branches up to 76 mm maximum diameter.

At the end of the discharge chute a grid that only allows the perfectly-shredded fragments to come out.

Warning: Like all wood chippers and garden shredders, it is not suited for shredding grass, leaves, pine needles, etc. (it is intended to shred branches, but it can also grind leaves, needles and others)

Shredders intended use:
- The shredder must grind only green branches and not dried ones (which would limit its shredding capacity and lead to rapid deterioration of the blades);
- The branches must be preferably long, smooth and not knobby (otherwise the cutting diameter would be reduced);
- The branch cutting diameter indicated is the maximum, so it is advised not to shred larger branches. In this case it would be better to purchase a shredder with a larger branch cutting diameter;
- The cutting diameter can vary according to the amounts of wood (e.g: oak, olive, plum and peach are hardwoods and can reduce the cutting capacity of the wood chipper)

The machine is equipped with centrifugal clutch. The engine needs always to run at high revolutions in order to ensure a proper functioning.

The only one of the category with intermediate double belt drive transmission

. This feature gives high sturdiness to the unit, protecting both the engine and all the shredding system from every possible internal hit or kickback.

Higher durability over time compared to the standard system of all the manufacturers of petrol-powered machineries, the transmission is directly connected to the shredding cutting system.

The wood chipper is equipped with a double hopper system .

The first hopper, the bigger one, is designed for branches, even bulky ones, boughs with a small diameter (maximum 10 mm) and greenery.

The hopper specifically created for branches and enlarged by diameter allows the shredding of branches with a maximum diameter of 7.6 cm.

The hopper specifically for branches was made exponentially safer thank to the increased length, which distances the user from the machine’s blades.

Great cutting mechanism, great efficiency and productivity: 2 blades + 10 hammers + 10 knives

Large and highly-thick 2 shredding blades are mounted on a large spinning steel plate. They pre-process by sectioning the material present in the hopper in rough fractions.

10 triangular rotating high speed hammers in tempered steel They operate a centrifugal operation, reducing the material in smaller pieces.

10 L shaped high speed rotating rectangular knives made in tempered steel. The knives feature a centrifugal function on the material that has been already crushed by the two blades, reducing it in fragments of very small overall size.

Equipped with a sieve that holds the material until it has been finely ground.

The protective grid prevents access to the inside of the machine, in addition to the possibility to let only the perfectly-shredded fragments come out. It can be easily disassembled for cleaning operations and maintenance.

This shredder model is almost the only machinery with the discharge opening provided with grid, which allows that the shredded material will be exclusively discharge once perfectly processed by the hammers.
