Graef SKS Line 850 cantilever meat slicer is a major leader in the professional sector, characterised by its versatility and designed to meet the most demanding culinary needs. Its frame is entirely made of solid metal, which ensure exceptional strength and unrivalled durability in you kitchen.

Its cantilever design make it easy-to-use and versatile, allowing you to gather immediately the sliced product by simply placing under the blade a food container. This model also includes a beech wood cutting board with an integrated knife drawer, which does not damage the blades and can also function as a work surface with a large collection area for cut slices.

The powerful and quiet 170 Watt motor also guarantees effortless cutting of a wide range of different foods, from the softest to the hardest.

You can slice a wide variety of foods very easily and quickly, adjusting the cutting thickness up to a maximum of 20 mm, achieving both thicker and thinner slicing results.

You can adjust the thickness using the front knob.

Also the smooth solid steel blade with concave sharpening and 170 mm diameter, allows to obtain perfect cutting results. The blade is protected by a removable stainless steel cover blade.

The most important elements related to this meat slicer are safety and hygiene.

In fact, the trolley with stainless steel support is equipped with both a temporary and continuous operation; this system allows to use the machine in complete comfort and safety.

Thanks to the temporary operation, switching and cutting is also possible with one hand.

The machine only works as long as the button is pressed. Since from an ergonomic point of view the best finger for switching the machine is the thumb, it is also optimally protected.

By activating continuous operation, on the other hand, the machine never stops and allows more food to be sliced automatically.

This guarantees high safety during the slicing operation.

In addition, all cutting element, i.e. the trolley, the blade and blade cover plate are easily removable, making the cleaning process of the product very practical and simple.

Consequently, overall hygiene will be very high and easy to maintain.

This meat slicer is equipped with a powerful 230 V ~ 170 W 50 Hz capacitor motor.

Cutting System

The meat slicer cutting system is an essential component that guarantees precision, safety and ease-of-use during the slicing operation.

Equipped with a cantilever design, its cutting capacity is entrusted to a Ø 170 mm solid steel blade and a powerful 170 Watt capacitor motor.

These components ensure very thin slices, power and fast cutting.

The trolley is particularly easy to clean and very stable.

Near the trolley you can find the switch for the temporary operation. In fact, when the switch is pressed, the machine's motor is only activated for the period the button is held down. This aspect enables direct control over the operation of the slicer blade, resulting in precise and uniform slices and, of course, contributing to operator’s safety as well.

Furthermore, the meat slicer is also equipped with the standard switch for non-stop operation. By activating continuous operation, on the other hand, the machine never stops and allows more food to be sliced automatically.

All these elements, together with the mini slice adaptor and the finger guard included in the package, make the cutting system extremely precise and safe.

You will be able to make very thin cuts and decrease food waste, also safeguarding the fingers safety.

The front knob allows to adjust the meat slicer’s cutting thickness, thus enabling to obtain slices up to 20 mm thick.

Finally, thanks to the blade and blade cover plate's quick disassembly system and the removable trolley, maintenance and cleaning of the slicer are extremely easy and efficient.

This feature will guarantee cleaning and hygiene.

On its base, you can place the classic slicing tray or an elegant and practical beech wood cutting board with knife drawer.

Inside the five compartments, a wide variety of knives can be stored in a practical and space-saving manner.
