Discover the SKS Line 700 meat slicer.

Graef SKS Line 700 meat slicer is an excellent quality product in the meat slicer industry. Its distinguishing element is the LED lighting system. The solid frame is made of sturdy metal, thus guaranteeing outstanding resistance and long lasting durability in your kitchen.

Thanks to its cantilever design, this meat slicer is extremely practical and versatile. It is possible to collect directly the sliced food by placing the cured meat tray under the blade.

An innovative LED technology is located on the adjustment knob and on the cutting area. This system clearly shows if the machine’s locking system is still opened and improve the food visibility, which results in increased safety and precision.

Equipped with a powerful 170 Watt condensing motor, this meat slicer delivers an effortless slicing of any type of food, maintaining a steady speed and ensuring a silent operation.

The cutting thickness can be set up to a maximum of 20 mm, with an adjustment accuracy from 0 to 2 mm. You can obtain both thick and thin slices, thanks to the illuminated knob on the front to adjust the thickness.

Even the smooth solid stainless steel blade, with concave sharpening and a diameter of 170 mm, delivers high-quality cutting results. The blade is secured by a protective ring and a removable stainless steel blade cover plate.

In addition to safety, this slicer also guarantees hygiene. The trolley, equipped with a stainless steel support, features a temporary and continuous movement function, allowing comfortable and safe use of the machine.

Thanks to the temporary operation, cutting is also possible with one hand.

The blade will only rotate as long as the blade button is pressed. Since from an ergonomic point of view the best finger for switching the machine is the thumb, it is also optimally protected.

By activating continuous operation, on the other hand, the machine never stops and allows more food to be sliced automatically.

This guarantees high safety during the slicing operation.

All cutting elements, i.e. the sliding trolley with stainless steel support, blade and blade cover plate, are easily removable. This makes the product extremely practical and easy to clean.

Overall, the high level of hygiene is guaranteed and easy to maintain.

This meat slicer is equipped with a powerful 230 V ~ 170 W 50 Hz capacitor motor.

Cutting System

The meat slicer cutting system is a fundamental element that ensures precision, safety and ease-of-use during the slicing operation.

Equipped with a cantilever design with a shatterproof glass base, its cutting capacity is entrusted to a Ø 170 mm solid steel blade and a powerful 170 Watt capacitor motor.

These components ensure very thin slices, power and fast cutting.

The trolley is extremely easy to clean and stable.

The switch for the temporary operation is near the trolley. In fact, when the switch is pressed, the machine's motor is only activated for the period the button is held down. This allows direct control of the meat slicer blade operation, ensuring precise and uniform slices and contributing to safety.

Furthermore, the slicer also incorporates a switch for continuous operation. By activating continuous operation the machine never stops and allows more food to be sliced automatically.

All these elements, together with the mini slice adaptor and the finger guard included in the package, make the cutting system extremely precise and safe. You will be able to make very thin cuts and decrease food waste, also safeguarding the fingers safety.

The lighted front knob allows to adjust the meat slicer’s cutting thickness, thus enabling to obtain slices up to 20 mm thick. Furthermore, thanks to the new precision cut section, you will be able to cut all kinds of food very thinly in 0.25 mm increments.

Lastly, the meat slicer provides a quick disassembly system for both the blade and the cover blade plate, together with a removable trolley, thus simplifying the maintenance and cleaning of the machine.

This will ensure a clean and hygienic environment.

According to the product, it is possible to use a traditional slicing tray which can be placed directly on the glass base to collect the cut food.

Thanks to this innovative LED system, the meat slicer is not only elegant, but above all functional and more precise than ever.

Thanks to its lighting you will be able to cut any food in any working area.

This light shows whether the machine’s locking system is still activated.

It starts with a blue colour than, after one minute, the led turns into red and flashes for about 240 seconds. This system helps the Operator to constantly remember that the sharpened blade is still open and ready to work, until the meat slicer switches to stand-by.

After 5 minutes of inactivity, the light of graduated knob and blade will turn off.

When in stand-by mood, the red light will be activated until the stop is finally closed.

Front knob’s light to enhance thickness adjustment. This system will ensure a perfect and constant control of the cutting thickness.
