The cut is entrusted of high-quality to a 170 mm diameter stainless steel serrated blade.

The cutting unit is equipped with a wide and sturdy trolley on which is placed the food to be sliced. The trolley slides smoothly along the slicer guide, allowing for even and uniform slices. Its stability has been carefully designed to ensure safe control of the food during the entire cutting process.

Furthermore, the meat slicer includes a mini slice adapter, complete with a food-pressing arm, which allows you to minimise food waste, make fine and precise slices in complete safety, even for your fingers, and work with precision on smaller foods.

The SKS 500 stands out for its high level of safety, thanks to the triple kid protection system.

This system, placed near the knob, includes a lock system that impede the trolley sliding, a lock on the stop device and a lock on the power button.
