GeoTech Pro TCP 100 - Tractor-mounted garden shredder - Cutting diameter 100 mm

The GeoTech Pro TCP 100 is a semi-professional heavy-duty tractor-mounted garden shredder, specifically intended for shredding large quantities of vegetable waste.

Featuring a great quality-price ratio, this machine is suitable for both professionals and hobbyists willing to buy a convenient, but high-performing machinery.

The garden shredder is equipped with a large hopper, which facilitates processing waste branches and wood residuals, resulting in the possibility of shredding woods with a maximum diameter of 100 mm.

Equipped with 3-point hitch for tractor + PTO drive.

The rotor consists of 4 interchangeable blades and a counter blade.

NOT SUITABLE FOR SMALL BRANCHES, ESPECIALLY FOR OLIVE TREES ONES!

Warning: Like all wood chippers and garden shredders, it is not suited for shredding grass, leaves, pine needles, etc. (it is intended to shred branches, but it can also grind leaves, needles and others)

Garden shredders intended use:
- The wood chipper must grind only green branches and not dried ones (which would limit its shredding capacity and lead to quick deterioration of the blades);
- The branches must be preferably long, smooth and not knobby (otherwise the cutting diameter would be reduced);
- The branch cutting diameter indicated is the maximum, so it is advised not to shred larger branches. In this case it would be better to purchase a shredder with a larger branch cutting diameter;
- The cutting diameter can vary according to the amounts of wood (e.g: oak, olive, plum and peach are hardwood and can reduce the cutting capacity of the wood chipper);

The shredding system consists of:
- No. 4 large and thick cutting blades (160 mm), mounted on a swivelling steel plate placed at the end of the hopper.

Equipped with large and sturdy shredding chamber. It features a rounded shape that ensures great productivity and long durability of the cutting system. Focus on the flap opening system.

The counter-blade is directly mounted on the outer side of the shredding chamber.

WARNING!

Warning: Before starting the machine, make sure to adjust the counter-blade by means of the specific bolts in order to avoid damaging the rotor.

Large steel hopper with 50x50 cm opening.

The machine is able to process even very bulky branches and leaves, without having to pre-shred them.

Thus, it also features a higher capacity that allows entering a large amount of material at a time.

It is possible to quickly open the hopper by turning it on two hinges for quick access to the rotor in case of clogs.

You’ll just need to simply press the lever and rotate it in the desired position.

The inclination of the discharge chute is also adjustable in order to control the distance of the discharged shredded material.

Supporting hook that allows lifting the equipment laced on the upper side of the machine.

The standard-supplied cardan shaft is equipped with safety bolt.

The shear bolt torque limiter allows avoiding damage to the mechanical parts of the machine while operated in case of over-stress and unforeseen or excessive torque. Indeed, when the torque exceeds the power bearable by the bolt, the latter breaks off and the power will be reset. To restore the transmission, it must be replaced with one of the same strength, diameter, thread and length.
