GeoTech LSP10-100VE single-phase electric log splitter

The GeoTech LSP10-100VE is a vertical log splitter intended for a domestic or semi-professional use. It is powered by a single-phase electric motor.

The piston features 4 cm diameter and 1 m length.

The wedge, with its 10 tons splitting force, can split trunks of up to 100 cm length. The cutting plate is 35 x 54 cm. The diameter of the trunks varies from 8 cm to 35 cm.

Thanks to its wheels, the Operator can easily move the log splitter without any problem.

WARNING:

The log splitters included in this category are not suitable for processing wood with particularly twisted fibres such as poplar or pine, large-diameter trunks and wood types with frequent knots in the wood. In this case it is advisable to use heavy-duty models intended for a professional use. Furthermore, the trunks should only be split once dried, not green; when the wood is green, it has less tendency to split and open and is therefore less suitable to be split with the log splitter. Once dried, however, it can be split and becomes ready for use in fireplaces, stoves, ovens, etc.

Electric motor

This log splitter is powered by a 3000W 230 V single-phase electric motor.

The machine is equipped with a high-performing hydraulic pump that supplies oil (drawn from the tank) to the hydraulic pushing cylinder.

The frame of the machine structure itself acts as the hydraulic oil tank.

With its 10 tons splitting force it can split trunks with a diameter from 8 cm to 35 cm of up to max. 100 cm height.

Main features

This log splitter can split trunks of up to max. 104 cm height.

The machine is equipped with 2 side supports that prevent the trunk from falling down during splitting operations. The other side is provided with a convenient trunk-lift system that helps the Operator to place vertically the heaviest trunks.

The log splitter is equipped with wheels for easy transport.

The oil tank is placed at the base of the machine frame and it must be unscrewed to ensure that air escapes from the system during use.
