The Fontana Mangiafuoco - Anthracite wood-fired oven is a high-quality pizza oven designed and built in Italy. This model uses wood as fuel, which gives it an authentic flavour and a crispy crust to the pizza being cooked.

The oven is made of high-quality materials, including a stainless steel cooking chamber, a refractory stone for baking pizzas, and ceramic fibre thermal insulation to maintain a constant internal temperature. The cooking chamber is 60 x 80 cm, large enough to bake up to 4 pizzas at the same time.

Oven with 60 x 80 cm cooking chamber

The fire table is made of high-quality refractory stone, and the internal stainless steel structure optimally resists heat.

The insulation of the oven is made of natural rock wool, allowing the temperature to be maintained effectively while preventing overheating.

Inner structure made of stainless steel

The vaulted internal structure of the chamber is made of thick stainless steel.

Note that the blunt shape of the vault, which ensures an optimum distribution of the heat inside the cooking chamber, therefore a greater heating efficiency.

This gives the cooking chamber a practically endless life.

Opening door - Chimney - Insulation

Focus on the closing door, entirely made of stainless steel except for the handle, which ensures a safe and comfortable grip.

The opening door represents an excellent temperature regulator. You can decide whether to use it or not, depending on the type of cooking.

When the door is closed, the flame is weaker and cooking takes place more by contact and convection.

Chimney and chimney cap are also entirely made of stainless steel (diameter 15 cm).

The flue pipe is fitted with a valve to regulate the smoke outlet: once the desired temperature has been reached, reducing the smoke outlet means keeping the heat generated inside and thus a more stable temperature and less wood consumption.

Focus on the closed valve inside the flue pipe.

Excellent insulation with rock wool between the roof and the cooking chamber.

This allows to retain the temperature more effectively and avoid the overheating of the external structure.

External structure made of stainless steel

The outer structure is made of stainless steel, except for the chimney cap, which is painted in anthracite grey (which gives it an aesthetic touch).

The chimney cap is treated with high-temperature paint for maximum heat, weather and rust resistance.
