Excellent cutting mechanism, highly efficient and productive, which distinguishes this product from all competitors. It consists of:
* no. 2 + 1 large, thick cutting blades (2 blades + counter-blade), mounted on a rotating steel disc at the end of the hopper. They pre-shred the woods inside the hopper by crushing it in rough pieces.
* no. 6 high-speed rotating hammers in hardened steel (they are located on the rear side of the above-mentioned blades, so they are not visible in the picture). They perform a centrifugal operation, reducing the material into small fragments
It has the largest cutting diameter of all hopper-type petrol shredders: MAX 50 mm (best competitors stop at 35-40 mm)
The discharge chute is equipped with a grid, which ensures that fragments are only ejected when finely ground by the hammers.
Equipped with the largest and sturdiest shredding chamber in its class. It is very wide and rounded in shape.
It guarantees excellent productivity as well as durability of the system.
The machine body and frame are 100 % made of steel. There is no plastic on this product
