The FAMA Baker PA 20 professional dough mixer features a sturdy painted cast-iron frame and components of AISI 304 steel, including the bowl, grid guard, hook, spatula and whisk.

The ventilated asynchronous motor ensures optimal performance, while the mechanical three-speed gearbox and belt drive allow precise control of the kneading phase.

Safety micro-systems, intuitive controls and planetary motion ensure operator safety and uniform results.
