The FAMA Baker PA 20 is a highly efficient industrial solution, specifically designed to process large quantities of dough in the bakery and food industries. The FAMA Baker PA 20 professional dough mixer features a made painted cast-iron Sturdy frame and for use with of components of AISI 304 steel, including the bowl work requirements, grid guard, hook, spatula and whisk.

The ventilated asynchronous motor ensures maximum efficiency, while the mechanical 3-speed gearbox and belt allows careful control of the kneading phase.

Safety micro-systems, intuitive controls and planetary motion ensure operator maximum safety and uniform results.

The ease of cleaning is further enhanced by the presence of the bowl, hook, spatula and whisk, which are easy to remove and manage to adapt to different preparation needs.
