The 191 semi-centrifugal grape crusher - destemmer mounts a 1.2 Hp motor which makes it the most powerful wine-processing machinery in its category.

The long service life of this machine is guaranteed by the easy maintenance, as all the rotating components work on ball bearings or bushings.

The output capacity is approx. 1000 Kg/h.

Upper loading hopper

The large dimensions of the loading hopper allows to make an easy use of the crusher, facilitating the dropping of the crates of grapes inside the machine.

Focus on the auger screw that drags the grapes to the inside of the machine to be processed.

Many electric grape crushers - destemmers on the market are not equipped with an auger and simply features a funnel-shaped hopper for conveying the bunches, which is much less efficient in feeding the rollers and therefore in the overall smooth running of the machine.

Aluminium rollers

This grape crusher - destemmer is one of the few fitted with two counter-rotating rollers in aluminium.
Most of the grape crushers - destemmers on the market features plastic rollers.

They carry out a “first pressing” of the grapes by slightly crushing them and allowing the extraction of the first pomace.

1.2 Hp electric motor

Powerful 1.2 Hp electric induction motor which enables all the various mechanical components to be operated with a grater power range than the machine actually draws in all its functions, and makes it the most powerful on the market in its category.

Equipped with a red STOP emergency button, compliant with CE safety regulations.

Motor adjustment by means of a rotating bracket mounted on pin and adjustment screw: it allows automatic and quick adjustment of the side transmission belt, should it tend to stretch a little over the years.

Heavy-duty side transmission with chain and belt

The rotary motion is transmitted from the motor to:

- the upper auger
- the upper rollers
- the intermediate rotor

Side transmission protective case guard built in stainless steel (all the grape crushers - destemmers on the market mount plastic case guards, which are very prone to breakage, given the weight and type of use of the machine.)

The belt offers the advantage of a slight friction effect in the event of a jam in the machine itself.

Stainless steel grate

The grate can be removed with extreme ease for cleaning operations, thanks to the guides that also act as protection for the grate itself.

Focus on the rotor with paddles in enamelled steel that carries out the destemming process (by pressing the grapes on the grate).

The frame features two guides to which the grate is fixed and on which it slides when it is removed.

Above it is a removable grate cover made of enamelled steel, which is usually detached for cleaning and maintenance operations and which closes the grate at the top so that all the bunches of grapes fed through the loading hopper remain well grouped inside the crusher, and are then pushed towards the grate by the rotating rotor with paddles to be perfectly processed.
